What is the Confidential
Connection Method?
In a sentence its a system that allows your email and phone number and private information to remain confidential until we find you just the right agent.

Problem: When it’s time for you to buy or sell a home you don’t know which agent is the best fit for you.
Problem: You spend hours of your valuable time combing through reviews of agents and putting your private contact details out there only to get the most obnoxious agent constantly contacting you for business.

Problem: Every agent sounds the same. How can you tell the difference between those who SAY and those that DO
Solutions
Solution: We interview you and then interview multiple agents and match needs AND personality.
Solution: You spend only an hour or less with us and then we comb through the reviews and present you with with options to choose from.
Solution: None of the agents we recommend pay to be in our network. Being in our network doesn’t mean they get your business if they don’t fit your needs.
Solution: We contact agents via text, email and phone calls and eliminate timewasting agents.
Solution: We know the catch phrases and pat answers that lazy agents think you want to hear and dig deeper to find agents who know how to do what you need. We make them work for your business.
How do we get paid?
Your cost is a nominal $100. That’s right a flat rate of $100 which covers all your services from our company. We keep our costs to the consumer low so that anyone can take advantage of them.
What if the agent I choose turns out to be a bad fit?
If it is prior to you signing a contract with the agent then we will easily switch you to someone else.
After a contract is signed for services then the laws of the state dictate what is allowed. However if that agent doesn’t work out and you need a second search performed or you change the area you’re moving to in less than 12 months we will perform a second match completely free.
What if I just change my mind? Can I get my $100 back?
That depends. If your onboarding interview is cancelled with at least 24 hours notice the entire fee is refunded. After this time the fee is non-refundable. Onboarding interviews can be rescheduled up to 2 times before another fee is charged.

How does billing work for property management services?.
We typically request a 50% down payment and the remaining 50% to be paid within 24 hours before the start of your contracted period regarding property management.
