What is the Confidential
Connection Method?
Its a system that allows your email and phone number and private information to remain confidential until we find you just the right agent.
Problems
Problem: When it’s time for you to buy or sell a home you don’t know which agent is the best fit for you.
Problem: You spend hours of your valuable time combing through reviews of agents and putting your private contact details out there only to get the most obnoxious agent constantly contacting you for business.
Problem: You phone random agents and no one returns your calls.
Problem: You click on random websites that assign you to agents who PAY to be on that site but may not have any connection to what your needs are.
Problem: Every agent sounds the same. How can you tell the difference between those who SAY and those that DO
Solutions
Solution: We interview you and then interview multiple agents and match needs AND personality.
Solution: You spend only an hour or less with us and then we comb through the reviews and present you with with options to choose from.
Solution: None of the agents we recommend pay to be in our network. Being in our network doesn’t mean they get your business if they don’t fit your needs.
Solution: We contact agents via text, email and phone calls and eliminate timewasting agents.
Solution: We know the catch phrases and pat answers that lazy agents think you want to hear and dig deeper to find agents who know how to do what you need. We make them work for your business.
How do we get paid?
We get paid 2 ways. First $99 for your Onboarding interview appointment. Once your appointment is confirmed you’ll receive a survey to fill out prior to your meeting with Kimberly. If you change your mind you cancel your appointment and get your money back up to 24 hours before your meeting.
The second way we get paid is from the agent you pick once you close on your new home or sell your home. The agent doesn’t charge you any more than their regular fee. But we believe in transparency so you should know they give us a cut to cover our work. This is how we keep our costs low to you.
What if the agent I choose turns out to be a bad fit?
If it is prior to you signing a contract with the agent then we will easily switch you to someone else.
After a contract is signed for services then the laws of the state dictate what is allowed. However if that agent doesn’t work out and you need a second search performed or you change the area you’re moving to in less than 12 months we will perform a second match completely free.
What if I just change my mind? Can I get my $100 back?
That depends. If your onboarding interview is cancelled with at least 24 hours notice the entire fee is refunded. After this time the fee is non-refundable. And because we know sometimes life gets in the way your Onboarding interview can be rescheduled 1 time without an additional fee.
